At BluePearl, we strive to provide high-quality beauty products. Due to the nature of cosmetics, we maintain strict hygiene standards. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product is damaged, defective, or expired
- You received the wrong product
Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind or personal preference
2. Return Request Process
- You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery
- To initiate a return, contact us with:

- Clear photos/videos of the product

- Once your return request is approved, we will initiate your refund
